Found this recipe for a good smoothie!
Protein Packed Fruit Smoothie Recipe
- 2 scoops of whey protein (Jay Robb Whey Protein)
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of fresh bananas
- 1 cup of nonfat milk
- 1 cup of water
- 3 cups of ice cubes
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at medium to high speed for 30-45 seconds. Enjoy!
